Pats back!

Well Pat came down for a few days. We hit up Edge in Naples on Thursday, finished the spine on friday, plus got way too shitty.
lets talk about that. we started drinking at the house at aroung 6. We worked our way through three 6 packs of different beers and some nasty, cheap ass hamburgers and dogs, than had the great idea to go out for more. Meanwhile I knew i had to go to work at 830 the next morning. Anyhow we went to fridays, billy drove and just had a few beers but Pat and i drank at leat 4 long islands and some random shot. Now if we werent shitty enough when billy dropped us off, we somehow made our way to check out the new bike park and stopped at the hess station to pick up some qaurts that we really didnt need.
hours go by...we dont end up going back to my house till 430. get up at 730 and have the worst hangover of all time.

later that day (saturday) we had nice sized jam in the yard. at least 20 guys showed up. down south guys and np locals. good times. and since pat is a photographer, he took all the pics so if youre interested, check out FuckBmx.com

Its not how many times you fall, because we aren't counting anyway..

A good crew showed up today. The down south guys- Geo and Kevin, Shane the rider previously know as the British Bulldog but now just the BULLDOZER ( i'll explain later) and of course Billy and I.
We got out all the kinks with a couple of good crashes. Billy started it out with a tire tap to flop all over the quarter. Then I Looped out when i over cleared jumping the box backwards. Nearly ripping off half of my right butt cheek. Geo casedthe shit out of the 6ft quarter and hurt is already injured amkle. And batting clean up. The newly re-nicknamed Shane took a b-line off the ramp and BULLDOZED through the super slide. Good thing that plastic is forgiving and that the mangled slid bounced back to its original shape with a simple push.
After we got all that out of the way some good riding went down for sure.




Billy aired the shit out of everything he jumped today. Forwards- Backwards whatever which way he wanted. I keep telling him, just get turndowns and 360's and he'd be untouchable.
The Bulldozer is starting to get really comfortable with the yard. He's flowing really nice and even pulled a couple of good footjams on the 5ft.
Kevin spit his time between the board and bike. When he wasnt shredding the ramp with my neighbor Drew, he was putting down some good ice picks and airs on the 6ft.




Geo always comes out firing. He had some big tuck-no's over the box, some big air's on all the quarters, ice picked the fucking vert, skinning ass extention, did some nice icepicks and ice to fakies on the 8ft, a couple of nose wheelies and fart driven manuels ( that he sewars wasn't him but we think other wise) and a big squirlly 360 that almost ended up taking out one of the kids that was playing by the seesaw.
I held down the fort as always. So big airs on the quarters and big 3's over the box topped off with alot of complaining about my stupid shoulder that almost always is bothering me.


The best thing that went down was the seesaw ride that Billy and Geo did. The video is a must see.

SO FAR SO GOOD>

SO far the weekend has been for the best. Some of the np street kids showed up to get in some practice for when our new park finally opens up. Travis, Robert, Richie, and some tight, tight pants wearing kid (that had a killer bike, but never even gave an atempt at the ramp). Thats exactly what i don't want here. This is not a fucking hangout!!!! you come to ride or you dont come. cool bike or not. Pro-Zak also showed up in his grandma's mini van. Talk about arriving in a cool way. He rode pretty good. couple good falls and a couple new tricks. Billy was flying high and i of course held down the home turf.

Saturday was fun from the start. Billy showed up with the English Bulldog Shane. And not oly did he take part in a great session, he helped us work on some odds and ends before the riding went down. and asked to do more. good dude!!

The session was good. must of sessioned the box backwards for a good hour. now billy is firing out huge airs both ways. Thats good though, he pumped everyone else up to go bigger. And we did for sure.

Almost forgot anbout the police. Murphy called the cops finally.. only after harassing us for weeks. And he totally punked out be doing is anonymous. what a bitch. Anyhow, the police shows up just to tell us what we already know. The noice ordinance is from 10pm to 7am. He had no problem with us making all the noise we wanted. I even gave him a tour of the yard and offered him a go ahead on the seesaw that he respectively turned down. that would of been the graetest photo or at least an awesome story.
....hopefully Geo comes up for Sunday's session. Then i'll have plenty of bangers to talk about tomorrow.

SEESAW WHAT!!!!

Well not exactly bmxish, but it adds to Camp Lorenzo. And it adds to Billy's and I resume. So if anyone wants a seesaw, we do that crap now also.

The slab has been poured.... now we need an office, shit rooms and water fountains. they say march but plan on may!!!

Working hard!!!!!

It's been a while since the last entry. I just don't have time to work, build, ride and spend time with my family ( in no particular order), and still have time to update this thing.
Anyhow... The backyard is firing!!! Not exactly complete yet, but it does flow. We sheeted the 8ft for the second time on a diaganol. I've been very curious how much better it would be, and it fucking rocks. It's so much smoother and ties everything in to make it so much stronger. Well worth it. And not that looks count, but it looks tits!!!

We officially started the otherside of the bowl corner today. What a hassel. Cut & cut & cut & cut!!!!! But it is on its way. Mayber a week or so to complete. And If Pat gets to read this.. It's gonna be done by the time you get here for sure...
